Magnífico apartamento ubicado en el puerto deportivo de Sotogrande.
Ubicación tranquila y selecta, en una residencia con piscina cubierta de 20 m de largo, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, sala de fitness.
Para el verano, conjunto de piscinas exteriores vigiladas, ambiente tranquilo.
Residencia muy segura (conserje y seguridad 24/24).
Para los amantes del deporte, 4 campos de golf de renombre internacional, tenis y paddle en las inmediaciones.
En agosto, Sotogrande acoge una competición internacional de polo, con muchas actividades paralelas.
Playas muy bonitas a 5 minutos, en las que en verano se puede comer en excelentes chiringuitos (restaurantes de playa)
Para los gourmets, los restaurantes y bares de tapas de Torreguadiaro (pueblo junto al puerto)
El turismo no se olvida, estamos a 2 horas de Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada!
A una hora de Málaga, Cádiz y cerca de los pueblos blancos andaluces.
A media hora de Gibraltar y Marbella, Puerto Banús, para ir de compras…
A 20 minutos de Estepona, y su casco antiguo para visitar absolutamente!

However we were extremely disappointed that the pool was only slightly warmer that our friends outdoor pool almost no difference in water temperature, the steam room was not working and the sauna cold. If we had known this we would have reconsidered booking this apartments.

You need to give guests 2 keys. As it’s a gated community you can’t get into the complex unless you have the key or someone is in the apartment to buzz you through twice ( gate & entrance to apartment block) . Can be a problem when there’s 4 people ver más

Really good value and very spacious apartment. Two en suite rooms with large lounge, balcony and kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools plus well equipped gym.

The only thing I found a bit disappointing was having to pickup keys from office in a different town. I don't drive which made this difficult. Fortunately, I was allowed to leave keys at apartment when vacating as this would have ruined last day. Chever más
